When do i get my order?
The processing of your order, the packaging of the products is about 10 - 20 working days depending on which country you are in. We do everything to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising on the quality.
How do I know that my order went through?
Once your order has been processed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email you specified. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours after your order has been placed, please contact our customer service and we will help you!

Can I change my order?
Yes as long as the order has not received the status pending.
Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel the entire order. IF the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.
I got an import fee
We send product all over the world and as we have wrote in the Terms of conditions we do not stand for any import fee in any country. If you are insecure about if you have to pay a import fee please contact your local tax office to get the info.
